She knows how to listen and validate my feelings! A quality i have a hard time finding in therapists as a queer trans woman

I very much like talking with her. She listens really well and she gives me feedback that I can really understand. She is really nice and doesn’t mind my occasional swearing. I also feel comfortable with her and she makes me feel like I can tell her anything.

Shannon has been really great to talk to as I have been going through the loss of a loved one and the end of a relationship. I’ve found her to be a very good listener and that she has been able to offer me great feedback. I feel like Shannon cares about helping me find healthy solutions and is really great at making me feel supported. I have felt lost quite a few times in the past year and she has been able to work through my feelings and thoughts and I have felt heard and understood. She shares valuable insights that resonate and is so knowledgeable. She is responsive and kind to me. Very professional . I feel fortunate being connected to her.
